Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Grooming Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used grooming products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, lotions).
- Custom or personalized grooming items.
- Digital goods (e.g., e-books, online courses).
- Perishable items (e.g., products with a limited shelf life).
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
- Must include all original tags, labels, and components.
- Must be free from any damage or signs of use.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
